Let It Be Easy

Hello and welcome to the podcast. This week we’re talking about making things easier. Here are questions I want you to prompt yourself with to reflect on situations you are having a hard time with.

-How can I let this be easy?

-What would make this easier?

-What am I holding onto that is not letting this be easy?

-How can I let this be just 1% easier?

If you’re feeling overwhelmed or stressed; do this exercise. Stop, drop & download. Write down all the things! You and choose a few and ask the above questions in regards to those items. Find areas you may be able to lighten to load or opt out of extra obligations you don’t really need to be a part of. Another version of this is to think about one particular thing that is really causing you stress/anxiety and focus on making that one thing easier for yourself.

You know I love to ask you to reflect and get curious about your thought processes and this week is no different. So get curious, mamas and find a way to make things just a little bit easier for yourself!
